The Work Instruction Company was born from a contract manufacturing assembly business still in operation. During trips to our customers, we kept receiving requests to build work instructions. Customers had gotten to the final steps in production and didn’t have time to dedicate to making a document that would match the rest of the quality of the design and manufacturing effort.
What started as side projects to the contract manufacturing work continued to grow and it eventually became its own business. Our customers continue to allow us to help with a critical task that wasn’t receiving the attention it deserved with all of the other last-minute challenges required to get a new line going.
