The Work Instruction Company was born from a contract manufacturing assembly business still in operation. During trips to our customers, we were frequently asked to help build work instructions. What started as small side projects to help our customers, continued to grow, as we used our background and understanding of the challenges of assembly to build high quality work instruction documentation. Our customers allowed us to help with a critical task that wasn’t receiving the attention it deserved with all of the other last-minute tasks required to get a new line going.
